Kathie Knoble-Iverson is Executive Director of Independent Living Resources in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Kathie was part of a five-year grassroots effort to establish Independent Living Resources, Inc. in a 13 county area of southwest Wisconsin. She has a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Administration, and has been the Executive Director of Independent Living Resources (ILR) for 20 years.
